  • CHARGES

    • Prices as of 31st January 2022

      1 Cat £9.00
      2 Cats Sharing £14.00
      3 Cats Sharing £18.00
      4 Cats Sharing £24.00


    • Charges are per cabin, per day and include day of arrival and day of departure.
    • Full payment is due for the period booked, irrespective of late entry or early departure including either/or dates when booking
    • Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer (details upon request) only is due upon collection; we do not accept Credit or Debit cards
    • Cancellation charges:

      Up to 7 days before period booked 100%
      8 – 14 days before 50%
      15 days and over No charge
  • OPENING TIMES

    • October 1st to March 31st April 1st to September 30th
      9am to 5pm 8.30am to 6pm
    • CLOSED for ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES 24th, 25th and 26th December and 1st January
    • Arrival and departure of cats during business hours only
  • FOOD & MEDICATION

    • The following foods are provided:

    • Please provide any prescription diets or anything not listed above. If you do provide any food, please bring enough to last throughout their stay, along with a little extra in case of any delays. There will be no reduction in fees for any food provided by the owner
    • Pills, potions and lotions will be administered at no extra charge; we only ask that you supply enough to last for the duration of their stay
  • WELFARE

    • Cats must be in good health before being accepted and must be accompanied by a current vaccination certificate or boarding will be refused
    • Cats with infectious conditions, such as (but not limited to) FIV, FCV, Feline AIDS and Ring Worm will not be permitted to board
    • If we have to seek advice from the vet during your cats' stay, the cost of treatment and medication will be charged on top of the boarding fees
    • Persons other than the owners are not permitted to collect or have any access to your cats without prior arrangement with the Cattery at the time of delivery
    • Unneutered male cats over 6 months old will not be accepted
    • Please make sure that your cat has been treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding. Any treatments that have to be given for fleas and/or worms whilst boarding will be charged on top of your total fees
    • Feel free to bring toys, scratching posts and a small piece of bedding to help your cat(s) settle in. We reserve the right to wash supplied bedding for hygiene reasons
    • An emergency telephone number, where you or someone responsible can be contacted, must be provided as required by current legislation
    • Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each cat boarded, we cannot be held responsible for loss, either from illness or other causes
  • PRIVACY POLICY

    • To comply with the current legislation on data protection we must tell you what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it and have your permission to retain it. We store data about clients to ensure we can contact them by mail, telephone or email:

      • • In an emergency
      • • About booking reminders
    • Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except as required by law.

      • • You may request to see all the personal data we hold on you (we are allowed 30 days to provide it)
      • • We only keep your data for the reasons outlined above
      • • We destroy your data if we have had no contact with you for 2 years
      • • For the smooth and efficient running of Narly Oak Boarding Cattery we need to keep a record of your name, address, phone numbers, email address, emergency contact details, details of your pet along with details of your vet.
    • All details are kept securely and are not accessed by anyone not a part of the Narly Oak Boarding Cattery team.
    • You will be required to complete a new data protection form on your next visit to the Cattery where further details will be given.
